Absentee Voting
Have you received a paper ballot for an
upcoming election or other vote which
indicates that your community participates
in on-line voting?
What you will need:
Paper Ballot w/On-line voting instructions
Last Name
Account Number
Community Code
This info can be found on paper ballots
with on-line voting instructions. If your
paper ballot does not contain on-line voting
instructions, your community is not
participating at this time.
What you need to know:
Your username and password are secure
You may only vote once
Only one member of your household may vote
in each election/referendum
Vote(s) cast are not attached to your name
and can not be traced back to you. Votes are
totally anonymous
If casting an on-line vote there is no need
to return your paper ballot. If both an
On-Line Absentee ballot and a paper ballot
are cast, the paper ballot will NOT be
recorded, only the On-Line Absentee
Ballot will be counted.
On-Line Absentee Votes may NOT be changed in
any way once cast.
If your community is not listed and you are
currently in an Election/Referendum cycle
please urge your Board of Directors to
participate in the On-Line Absentee Ballot
voting program. |
